Cilantro and Parsley
Cilantro and Parsley love the cool weather. Cilantro gives up when the temps get too extreme. Parsley can keep on going. When they bolt and decide to produce seed, the flowers are gossamer beauties! I like the white of the cilantro with the green of the parsley. I haven't made a bouquet from them but I ought to.

Cindy, yes it does come to think of it. It's nice to know that these little blooms are attracting beneficial insects as well.

These are so gorgeous. I get mad at myself every year for trying to grow cilantro. Their season is just way too short. I love that parsley comes back every year. Another beautifully unique bloom is the garlic flower. I love the heads before they open, and often cook with them.
